In terms of coating, both Red Speed and Silver Knight have a grinding lifespan of up to 5000 kg of coffee beans. The friction coefficient of Red Speed is slightly higher than that of Silver Knight, which allows Red Speed to bring out higher sweetness, while Silver Knight offers a more layered flavor. In terms of burr types, both Ultra Low and Low produce very little fine powder, while High produces relatively more. Therefore, Ultra Low offers a cleaner flavor and mouthfeel, Low provides a richer complexity, and High delivers a more intense flavor. Among these three types, Ultra Low and Low have lower grinding temperatures, while High has slightly higher temperatures.
