First time using tea fermentation technology: Carefully selected fresh coffee cherries undergo three-stage fermentation together with seasonal jasmine flowers, allowing the coffee fruit to transform deeply in the jasmine fragrance. Through precisely controlled humidity and temperature environments, achieving a unique flavor that combines the elegance of tea with the richness of coffee.
Design Concept
Inspired by the bluebird—when it gently rests on branches adorned with jasmine and orange blossoms, the light green palette naturally flows with the fresh soul of washed coffee beans. The gradient blue-green of its feathers echoes the bright acidity of washed beans, while the subtle orange blossoms and jasmine hint at flavor complexity—a healing code exclusively for urban dwellers, using the time of one cup of coffee to rediscover the luxury of “thinking about nothing”.
