Based on the coffee bean type or personal preference, the manual flow control valve allows for adjustment of water flow size, modifying the puck pressure to extract flavors better suited to individual tastes.


Stable and Reliable Pressure Output
The fully automatic low-flow extraction system precisely controls the timing of low-flow extractions. The manual lever uses an electromagnetic valve design, controlling about 20% of the water flow, ensuring that each low-flow extraction remains consistent and that the coffee flavor is not compromised.
