The estate places great emphasis on quality, employing the washed processing method and strictly monitoring the fermentation and drying processes to ensure the highest standards of flavor and quality in every batch of coffee beans.
Yirgacheffe Origin

Yirgacheffe is located in southern Ethiopia, at an altitude of 1,800 to 2,000 meters. The high altitude, combined with the region’s climate and soil conditions, creates an ideal environment for coffee cultivation.
With an annual rainfall of approximately 1,300mm and frequent cloud cover, the area provides perfect growing conditions for coffee trees. Yirgacheffe coffee is renowned for its bright acidity and floral aromas, often featuring citrus and tea-like flavor notes, earning it a prestigious reputation in the global coffee market.
