The Cafec Flower Dripper features a unique conical petal groove design, with the upper ribs spaced widely and the lower ribs densely packed, creating a variable flow rate that is slow at the top and faster at the bottom. During brewing, maintaining the water level at about 70% full slows the flow rate, allowing for a longer coffee ground immersion time and extracting more sweetness.
