The brand philosophy of the Fad Studio (Hakka-Life) is to create products with cultural significance, discovering beauty in local life and creating practical objects that align with aesthetic living through design. “Kiriko” is a term for glassware cutting and polishing. This brand brings the meaning of Kiriko into ceramics, allowing the patterns of Kiriko to transform into variations of glaze depth. Each piece is hand-glazed, and the thickness will produce variations in glaze color, along with the natural changes during the firing process, making each dripper unique.The Kiriko dripper features a unique “Diamond Groove” design that balances aesthetics and functionality. Unlike traditional drippers with continuous ribs, the uneven surface of this dripper creates air channels that allow air in the coffee grounds to escape smoothly, resulting in a very fluid overall flow rate, positioned between that of the V60 and diamond drippers. At low water levels, the drainage speed is quite fast, producing an enchanting aroma, while at high water levels, the drainage speed slows slightly, allowing for a richer flavor profile.
