The Old Rock Mud Trapezoidal Bottom Server is fired at 1500 degrees Celsius. The old rock mud undergoes multiple high-temperature oxidation and reduction processes, resulting in a denser texture and better heat retention. Compared to single kilning, five kilnings significantly reduce bitterness in coffee and enhance sweetness, creating a smoother and more mellow flavor. Additionally, the unglazed design of the mountain-shaped lower pot allows for more pronounced coffee flavor layers, and the water served retains a smooth quality, making it more enjoyable to drink.
