HAKKA-LIFE Wood-Fired Shining Night 01 Dripper

HAKKA-LIFE collaborated with Atti Coffee Workshop to co-develop the new shinging night dripper, taking the original 6-rib design as the foundation. In contrast to the sweet and full-bodied profile of the 6-rib dripper, the dripper features a 12-rib design with more pronounced ribs and a wider drainage hole to increase flow rate. These modifications result in a coffee with a balanced profile – retaining body while also exhibiting a bright acidity.
Furthermore, the absence of ribs at the top reduces bypass, improving extraction efficiency. The wood firing process also imbues each dripper with a unique natural color and pattern, while the rich minerals in the clay help soften the water, contributing to an even sweeter coffee flavor.
