The Fad Studio (Hakka-Life) Second Generation Ceramic Syphon Filter, developed in collaboration with Atti Coffee Research Workshop, addresses the difficulties of the first generation, such as being hard to handle and misaligned. It is made from finer clay, resulting in a longer, straighter filter available in more colors. The ceramic filter functions similarly to a cloth filter but avoids the drawbacks associated with cloth. It is easy to clean, reusable, and does not absorb excessive flavors, ensuring the quality of the coffee remains intact. Additionally, the ceramic material does not absorb oils, allowing the coffee oils to be preserved during brewing, resulting in a smoother syphon coffee experience.
