Estate Introduction

Finca is Spanish, meaning estate. Finca San Carlos is the San Carlos estate. San Carlos estate is located in the Quindío Department, which is one of the four provinces in the ‘Colombian Coffee Triangle’️ (Triángulo del Café), the other three provinces being Caldas Department, Risaralda Department, and Tolima Department.

Colombian coffee is mostly produced in the Colombian Coffee Triangle , where the Quindio province is known for producing high-quality coffee beans and diverse agriculture . Near San Carlos Estate, various other crops are also grown—of significant quantity of plants . In order to provide good natural resources for different processing methods, estate owners Felipe and Carlos are dedicated to researching various processing techniques!

Orange Anaerobic natural

Starting from picking coffee cherries, coffee farmers
will first select cherries that are full of red color, and then put them into special sealed bags for 48 hours of anaerobic fermentation. Then the coffee farmers will sun-dry the coffee cherries and fresh oranges together on racks☀️ for natural sun drying.

This label adopts the pattern of Cokain Kyoho grapes, hoping to highlight the commonalities even when they are in a foreign galaxy. In terms of color, it still uses orange and warm colors as the main theme, allowing the orange fragrance of the coffee beans to drift out of the screen! The pattern of orange juice soda is as enjoyable as the feeling you experience when drinking coffee.
