Gesha Village Coffee Estate

Located in the Bench-Maji Zone, Gesha Village covers 471 hectares, with 320 hectares dedicated to coffee cultivation at an altitude of 1,909–2,069 meters. The estate is divided into eight zones, each with unique microclimates and soil, producing diverse Gesha coffee profiles.
As the homeland of Gesha coffee, genetic testing revealed its wild coffee trees share the same lineage as Panamanian Gesha, confirming it as the origin of this renowned variety. Committed to sustainability, the estate emphasizes quality, environmental conservation, and collaboration with local communities.
Gesha Village Grading System

Gold Label – Rarities: The Gold Label grade accounts for only 10% of the total production and represents the highest quality batches of the estate, characterized by distinct and lasting aroma, delicate texture, and top-tier flavors. It is often chosen by international baristas for competitions.
Red Label – Growers Reserve: The Red Label batches account for about 15%, with SCA cupping scores above 88. They are of exceptional quality, showcasing outstanding flavor performance, and are rare batches personally treasured by the estate owner.
Green Label – Single Terroir: Green Label coffee comes from a single region within Gesha Village, traceable to the farm block, variety, and processing date. It offers stable quality and showcases the unique terroir characteristics of each region.
Design Concept

This design is centered on the sacred and vibrant World Tree, echoing the rich terroir resources of Gesha 1931’s origin—Ethiopia—while celebrating Mother Earth’s gift to nature. The primary color scheme not only highlights the characteristics of the Gold Label but also represents the sweet aromas of orange 🍊 and grape 🍇 emitted by this batch, the soft yellow glow reminiscent of jasmine 🌼, and the refreshing green tea notes in the coffee, like the green leaves adorning the painting 🍵, making it unforgettable with just one sip.
