Origin Introduction

Ethiopia is widely known as the birthplace of coffee, and the native home of the coffee tree. Wild trees grew here thousands of years ago, and the country still holds the richest range of heirloom varieties. Highlands at 1,500–2,200m, fertile volcanic soil, steady rain, and clear wet and dry seasons create a cool, stable microclimate that yields some of the world’s finest Gesha.
Ethiopian coffee is known for bright flavor, clear layers, and high clarity, often with elegant notes of jasmine, citrus, berries, and black tea. Whether natural or washed, it shows a highly recognizable Ethiopian character.
For specialty coffee lovers, Ethiopia is always a dream starting point for florals, fruit, and balanced acidity.
Processing introduction

This blend uses Yirgacheffe yeast fermentation for the main blueberry note, with Ethiopian natural Gesha for a floral tea tone—close to an English blueberry herbal tea. Ideal iced or as pour-over.

Deep royal blue sets King Berry as the blueberry king. A crowned grey cat stares ahead—confident, steady, and sharp—like this blend’s clear blueberry note rising through a clean green-tea body.
Gemstones and gold on the cat echo the fruity-candy sweetness and yogurt finish: ornate, refined, and a touch of grandeur. Every brew feels like a royal crowning of the senses. 👑
