白蘭地🍾酒桶發酵法與之前介紹的雪莉酒桶發酵法使用同樣手法，將水洗💦後的生豆放入橡木桶進行低溫發酵😌 因此生豆發酵後會具有白蘭地「純、香、甜」的風味😋
白蘭地別名為「葡萄酒🍇的靈魂」。與一般葡萄酒相異，葡萄發酵後會先經過蒸餾💧萃取高濃度酒精原液，再入桶陳年。原液會在陳年過程中分解與吸收橡木桶內壁的木質化合物🧐，最後成為具琥珀色酒身與荔枝蜂蜜🍯香氣的白蘭地🍾。
