This Classic Natural Reserve GVA.CLA.9 Oma G31 Classic Natural uses the Classic Natural process, using a natural UV filtering process, placing the freshly picked coffee cherries on a specially designed high bed frame to avoid UV damage, and lying quietly in the high mountain sunshine and clouds for 35 days, allowing microorganisms to help the coffee beans fully ferment and dry.
