Regional introduction
Gelana is located in the southern part of Ethiopia. The village of Kersa, near Guji, has a high level of shade to the west, a high proportion of shade to the south, and long ☀️ sunshine hours to the north, so that the owner of the farm chooses the most suitable varieties for each block due to geographical and climatic differences, so that the coffee beans produced in each area have a distinctive character ✨.。
Processing introduction
Geisha are processed until they are fully aged . First, the fully ripe cherries are soaked in a large water tank for about 24 hours , and then the peel and pulp are separated by a machine, and then placed in the tank for about 18~36 hours to ferment and decompose the mucous membrane. Then the coffee beans are added to the sink and repeatedly washed to wash the coffee beans, and then dried in the sun for about 1~3 weeks before the coffee beans are hulled and graded.
Label design
This time, it retains the characteristics of this season and adopts a hand-drawn tarot style design , which matches Cupid’s image in the West! The color tone is pink , bringing out the strong floral and fruity aroma of the original coffee beans and matching the image of Western Eros.
*However, this time there will still be limited edition collectible cards for everyone, to record their own recipes.
