To brew, fill the lower chamber with 140ml of water, add 20g of coffee grounds to the filter basket, and gently press the coffee down with a measuring spoon. Then, securely screw on the upper chamber. Heat on direct flame while the lid is open; once the water boils and coffee begins to extract, turn off the heat and wait for the extraction to complete.
