These coffee beans offer a diverse range of flavors, from lightly roasted beans with floral and fruity aromas to medium-light roasted beans with rich and robust flavors. Cokain coffee beans are locally roasted in Hong Kong, ensuring that both beginners and experienced coffee lovers can easily experience unique and distinctive flavors.

Granja Paraiso 92 位於哥倫比亞 Cauca 省 Piendamó，由創新先驅 Wilton Benítez 家族經營。這座家族農場以極致科技與傳統風土結合聞名，擁有自建微生物實驗室與精密加工系統，採用階梯式種植、滴灌、遮蔭與實驗室營養計算，精心培育 Java 等稀有品種。海拔 1950 米的高山環境結合火山土壤與赤道微氣候，孕育出極致純淨的花香與果酸。Wilton 將葡萄酒與啤酒發酵技術引入咖啡，打造全球頂尖的實驗性精品，Java 品種在此展現出獨特的柑橘花茶與香料層次，成為現代哥倫比亞咖啡的創新標竿。

處理法介紹

酵母熱衝擊處理法 Yeast Thermoshocked Java 採用高精度創新處理流程：手工採收成熟櫻桃後，經密度、大小與顏色精選，再以臭氧水與紫外線雙重殺菌。去果肉後進入厭氧生物反應器，接種 Saccharomyces cerevisiae var. diastaticus 酵母（專門帶來柑橘與香料風味），監控 pH 5.5 與 Brix 18，於嚴格控制環境下發酵 52 小時。隨後以 75°C 熱水進行熱衝擊洗滌，快速轉移並鎖定二次香氣，最後在 38°C 精密機械設備中乾燥 46 小時。酵母發酵與熱衝擊的完美結合，讓香茅、橙花、楓糖漿與綠茶的細膩層次極致展現，風味乾淨、濃郁且平衡。

Queen Java 的包裝以酒紅為主色，宛如高貴的宮廷帷幕，中央一隻雪白的狗頭戴璀璨皇冠，身披華麗紅金宮廷袍，目光優雅而自信。周圍環繞繁複古典金邊紋飾與粉紅花紋，呼應橙花與香茅的細膩花草芬芳。皇冠與金色手寫「Queen Java」字體，直接象徵這款咖啡的「女王」尊貴地位；酒紅與金色交織則代表楓糖漿的溫潤甜蜜與 Java 品種的奢華氣質。整體設計融合歐洲古典宮廷藝術與現代時尚，優雅卻大膽，將 Queen Java 的皇家花茶風味與高貴氣質完美呈現，讓人一看包裝就感受到這位「咖啡女王」的迷人魅力與王者風範。
