衣索比亞藝妓村莊園坐落於Bench-Maji區的群山之中,總面積471公頃,咖啡種植面積達320公頃,海拔高度在1909至2069公尺之間。莊園劃分為八個產區,每個產區的小氣候和土壤條件略有不同,孕育出風味各異的藝妓咖啡。莊園不僅是優質咖啡豆的產地,更是藝妓咖啡的原鄉。透過基因測試和歷史考察,莊園發現園內的野生咖啡樹與巴拿馬藝妓具有相同的基因,因此這裡被認為是巴拿馬藝妓的起源地。莊園致力於永續經營,與當地原住民和諧共處,在追求卓越品質的同時,也注重環境保育和社會責任。
藝妓村分級制度
金標-稀世珍品 (RARITIES): 金標等級僅佔總產量的10%,是莊園品質最高的批次,擁有明確持久的香氣、細緻的質地和頂級風味,經常被國際咖啡師選為競賽用豆。
紅標-村長私藏 (GROWERS RESERVE): 紅標批次約佔15%,SCA杯測分數在88分以上,品質出眾,風味表現優異,是莊園主私心收藏的珍稀批次。

是次設計以神聖且充滿生命力的世界樹為主題,呼應Gesha 1931 的產地—衣索比亞所蘊涵的豐富風土資源,歌頌大地之母對自然的饋贈。 主色調除了突顯金標的特質,也代表了此批豆散發的香甜的橙味🍊和提子味🍇、淺黃的光芒如同茉莉花的輕柔🌼、咖啡中清新的綠茶風味有如畫中綠葉的點綴🍵,叫人一試難忘。
