The new Hario Pegasus Dripper features heat-resistant AS resin that can withstand temperatures up to 100 degrees Celsius while being acid and alkali resistant. Not only is it safe for human use, but its crystal-clear appearance is also visually appealing. The inner wall of the cup is designed with spiral ribs, allowing air to escape more easily and enabling the coffee grounds to expand. Additionally, two small holes slow down the water flow, enhancing extraction and allowing the coffee to develop its full flavor over time. A viewing hole at the base lets you monitor the brewing amount, adding to your anticipation and satisfaction with each drop.
