The 90+ Volcan Valley Coffee Estate, near Panama’s Baru Volcano, spans 270 hectares at 1,400–1,800 meters. Its rich volcanic soil makes it ideal for premium coffee varieties like Geisha and Caturra. The estate oversees every step, from planting to processing, to ensure top quality.

The Thermolic process by Ninety Plus uses 30–50°C heat and controlled oxygen levels to ferment coffee cherries. This triggers biochemical reactions in the fruit, creating flavor precursors that develop into unique coffee flavors during roasting.
